Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Try-On handles, why, and what rights you have. It describes the Service as it works today; where something is not yet decided, we say so.

1. Controller

Descobrilança Unipessoal LDA
NIPC 516940503
R. 2 da Matinha, 5D, 1950-073 Lisboa, Portugal
Email: info@allportugal.one

2. Data we handle

Integration request form. Name, store website, number of SKUs, email or WhatsApp number and your comment. At present the form keeps the request only in your own browser; it reaches us when you choose to send it by email. We then receive the email and the details you included.

Emails you send us. Your email address and the content of your message.

Accounts (being connected). When accounts go live: email address and password, or the identifiers provided by Google or All Portugal ONE if you sign in with them.

Photos (being connected). When image generation goes live: photos you upload in the studio, and photos shoppers upload through a store widget.

Preferences in your browser. Your cookie choice and, if you use them, the brand settings on the profile page are stored in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

  • Answering your integration request — on the basis of the consent you give in the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
  • Accounts, image generation and the store widget — the lawful basis for each purpose is under review and will be stated here before these features go live.

4. Photos and AI

  • All results are AI-generated images or videos.
  • Uploaded photos are used only to produce your results and are not used to train AI models.
  • Photos uploaded by shoppers through the store widget are deleted after 24 hours.
  • Upload only photos of adults who have given their consent. Do not upload photos of children.

5. Retention

Widget shopper photos: 24 hours. Other retention periods (integration requests, accounts, studio photos and results) are under review and will be published here before the related features go live.

6. Processors and transfers

The site is served through our hosting provider. The processors involved in accounts, image generation and email will be listed here, with any transfer outside the European Economic Area and its safeguards, before those features go live. If you sign in with Google, Google Ireland Limited will process your sign-in data.

The site loads its fonts from its own server and currently loads no analytics or advertising tools. See the Cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@allportugal.one. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

8. Changes

We will update this policy as features go live. The date at the top shows the latest version.
