1. Who we are

2. What the Service is

Try-On is an AI virtual fitting room. It produces images and short videos that show clothing items on a photo of a person. The public site is a demonstration of the Service for fashion brands and online shops that may want to integrate it.

Some parts of the Service are still being built. Where a feature is not yet active, the interface says so. Demo tokens shown in the studio have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may be changed or reset.

3. AI-generated results

• Every result produced by the Service is an AI-generated image or video, not a photograph of a real outfit.
• Results show style, colour and combinations. They do not show fit and must not be used to choose a size.
• Results may contain inaccuracies. If you publish results, we recommend labelling them as AI-generated.

4. Photos you upload

• Upload only photos of adults who have given their consent to the use of their image for this purpose. Do not upload photos of children.
• You must hold the rights to the photos and product images you upload.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, sexual, violent, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of others.
• Uploaded photos are used only to produce your results and are not used to train AI models.
• Photos uploaded by shoppers through the store widget are deleted after 24 hours.

5. Accounts

Accounts are being connected. When they are available, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. You will be able to delete your account from your profile.

6. Integration and prices

Integration of the Service into a store and its commercial terms are agreed individually in writing. Prices are provided on request. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, the site design and texts belong to the operator or its licensors. You keep the rights you hold in the photos and product images you upload. Rights in results are governed by the agreement you conclude with us for integration; in the public demo, results are for evaluation only.

8. Liability

The public demo is provided for evaluation. We do not guarantee that it is available without interruption or that results meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability towards consumers.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the competent Portuguese consumer arbitration entity, and keep the rights granted by the law of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
